Sancocho is a typical Dominican dish normally served during big families dinners. Why do we say “drunk”? Come, and we will tell you the story!

Description of the experience

Experience our cooking class where we will prepare one of the most beloved dishes of the Dominican Republic, the Sancocho, a hearty and comforting soup perfect for any occasion. Sancocho is a staple in Dominican culture, often served at family gatherings and celebrations. It's a delicious and filling soup made with a variety of meats, such as beef, chicken, and pork, along with a range of tubers like yucca, plantains, and potatoes. The result is a rich and flavorful broth, perfect for warming up on a cool day. In this class, we'll start by preparing the broth, which is the foundation of this dish. We'll use a mix of meats, like chicken, beef, and pork, to create a rich and flavorful base. We'll also add a blend of aromatic herbs and spices to give it a depth of flavor that will make your taste buds dance.
