Description of the experience

Enjoy a unique culinary experience with our exclusive 8-course menu that reflects the rich heritage and varied influences of Dominican cuisine. We start with the most authentic, the Taínos, and their traditional ingredients. Our chefs will guide you through the centuries-old fusion of Spanish techniques and African flavors that have shaped our culinary identity.

As you savor each dish, you will learn about the cultural and historical context that defines each flavor, from the legacy of Spanish colonization to the influence of immigration from the neighboring Antillean islands. And, of course, no exploration of Dominican cuisine would be complete without tasting our famous rum, made from the finest sugar cane in the Caribbean.

We invite you to join us at our 'Chef's Table' where you will enjoy a truly unique and immersive culinary experience.
