The classes are guided in a way that allows freedom and progressive advancement according to each individual's level. It doesn't matter if you've never done yoga before, dare to try it, as there's always a first time, and it's a unique experience where we can combine discipline with fun. When practicing SUP yoga, specific muscle groups are targeted, especially the abdomen, back, and glutes. Abdominal strength is developed to execute each of the ancient postures on the SUP board to find balance and connection with oneself. On the water and in direct contact with nature, we awaken all our senses.

• From 24 to 48 hours before the reservation, you will be entitled to a 70% refund of the total booking amount
