Terra Mítica: Alicante Theme Park is a theme park based on ancient Mediterranean civilizations and is located in Benidorm, Alicante. The park is divided into five zones: Egypt, Greece, Rome, Iberia, and The Islands. In each of these areas, you’ll find attractions related to the theme of that zone.

One advantage of the park is its pools and jacuzzis, it’s the best way to cool off on a hot summer day. Adults can relax in the jacuzzi while the children play on the slides and water fountains. There are lockers where you can leave all your belongings.
Shows at Terra Mítica
Not everything is rides; there are several shows where you’ll feel like you’re part of the performance.
The star attraction is the pirate show, where they arrive with a ship and perform on it. The shows last about 30 minutes and are definitely worth watching.
The Terra Mítica Restaurants
The park has several restaurants and cafes where you can take a break with a refreshing drink and something to eat. If you’re in the mood for meat, we recommend going to Las Brasas, where you can enjoy grilled meat, delicious rice dishes, and burgers.
Another restaurant is Via Apia, an Italian place where you’ll find very good pastas, salads, and desserts. . There’s also Pica Picae, an outdoor self-service option that children really enjoy. They’ll be entertained watching the mascots go by.
If you fancy a snack or something sweet, you can go to the Carte D’or ice cream parlor. They offer ice cream, waffles, refreshments, and cakes. Eating an ice cream in the summer heat while strolling through the park is priceless.
