Excursion to the south of the island where you will discover the most authentic flavors of the island of Tenerife and its admired and renowned wines. Guided tour through traditional plantations of the area and wine cellars: Taste Tenerife.

Description of the experience

We will start our day with a visit to a banana farm where you will learn about the cultivation of our star fruit, the banana.
You will take a tour of the farm where they will explain how bananas were grown in the past, how gofio is obtained, and you will taste a tasting of products made with bananas, gofio and palm honey, as well as other tropical fruits.

Our second stop will be one of the two most renowned wineries on the island: Mencey de Chasna. We will take a guided tour of the winery, its facilities, its machinery and you will learn all about the winemaking process. At the end of this visit we will do a wine tasting.

Finally, we will continue our tour enjoying the wonderful views offered by the mountain road towards Vilaflor. There we will arrive at Lagar de Chasna, where in addition to a wine tasting we will have a tasting of typical Canarian products.
To finish the excursion, you will enjoy a delicious lunch in which you will delight yourself with the best of the Canarian gastronomy.
