We will start the journey with a visit to a typical countryside house to connect with the locals and learn about their way of life with the land's products and organic goods. We'll have the chance to taste freshly roasted coffee and cocoa.
Our next stop will be at a beautiful botanical garden, where we will explore the native plants and flowers of the island. The next 45 minutes will be dedicated to a guided tour, interacting with our beautiful and friendly squirrel monkeys at Monkeyland. These charming and intelligent monkeys have been trained by a Canadian couple with 35 years of experience working with animals, including 12 years at the Toronto Zoo, teaching monkeys to trust and enjoy human company.
The monkeys are entirely accustomed to human contact. They come down from the trees to sit on your shoulder and eat from your hands, but be careful, they love all things shiny and interesting, so take care of your belongings! The little monkeys love posing for cameras and will likely sit and, if allowed, join in the photo. Adorable! Come and share an unforgettable experience!
