Full-day tour of outdoor excursions and cultural experiences. You'll horseback ride through the jungle, visit a market to taste local delicacies, learn how coffee and cocoa are cultivated, zip line over a river, and traverse rugged terrain in a buggy.

Description of the experience

We will kick off our day by horseback riding through the countryside, exploring a ranch where we'll witness the art of cigar rolling, and you'll have the chance to savor them. You'll taste the authentic Dominican mamajuana, an aged blend of rum, wine, and honey, macerated with roots and barks of aphrodisiac plants.

Next, we'll head to the Basilica "Virgen de La Altagracia" and the local market. We'll ascend the mountain, making a stop at a small family farm where they cultivate coffee and cocoa. You'll learn about the process of crafting natural products from these plants.

For lunch, we'll head to a spot by the Anamuya River. There, you'll relish an authentic Dominican meal—delicious! You'll also have the chance to cool off with a dip in the river. Following this, we'll embark on an exhilarating zipline session and continue with a buggy tour through the jungle, traversing the countryside until we reach the river. Throughout, you'll have the constant support of two guides or monitors.

Throughout the day, bottled water, soft drinks, rum, and mamajuana will be at your disposal, ensuring a refreshing experience full of local flavors.
