The wines are made from own grapes, harvested by hand, which go through a triple selection system; one in the vineyard and two others in the winery, which has a triage table for bunches and a belt for grapes.
The winery has two production rooms, each with a capacity for 100,000 bottles; one is prepared for red wines and the other for white, rosé and sweet wines. Each variety and plot is made separately in specific tanks for each type of winemaking: stainless steel, coated concrete and oak.
We offer a guided tour of the winery's facilities, where we explain the history and production of the wines. We accompany the experience with different tasting options served in the garden or inside the 18th century Ses Cases de Ca'n Ribas.
