Visit the José L. Ferrer winery in Binissalem, a town that has always been deeply rooted in the wine culture, and enter the world of winemaking in Mallorca through one of the most traditional wineries on the island.

Description of the experience

Bodegas José L. Ferrer is a benchmark of tradition and innovation in winemaking in Binissalem. Four generations that, since 1931, continue working so that the Mallorcan flavor of our grapes is enjoyed around the world through each of its wines.

The tour of Bodegas José L. Ferrer is a journey through the different stages that it has lived through the extensions that have been made for more than 85 years to improve day by day in the techniques of winemaking, without forgetting the traditional techniques that are still used. The winery has about 140 hectares of its own vineyards. In these vineyards they grow a total of 15 grape varieties, of which 8 are red varieties and 7 are white varieties.
