Enjoy the true art of Tapeo in this 4.5 hour experience in which you will discover Spanish gastronomy bar by bar visiting different Spanish gastronomy from bar to bar visiting different neighborhoods.
The tour will start in San Miguel square, where we will move to La Latina, Cava Baja and Cuchilleros streets, most famous places for Tapeo'; there we will taste the typical tapas of mushrooms or Padrón peppers: Why some are spicy and others are not? Accompanied by a beer or cider.
Near the first stop, the tour arrives at the San Miguel Market, to taste the famous Spanish omelette skewer accompanied by a cold beer. After the visit to the San Miguel Market, we will stroll through the Plaza Mayor and the Barrio de las Letras, where famous poets and artists spent the best years of their lives. Next to Huertas street, our stop is at an old but renovated bar (or "Casa de Comidas"), to taste some cheeks with mashed potatoes and drink a good wine, preferably red. The route continues walking through the Plaza de Santa Ana and the Teatro Español, many terraces in this area, and you will feel and become part of it. Our last tasting stop, delivers us a traditional Gamba al Ajillo served in terracotta or earthenware dish.

Maybe you have never taken an introductory wine tasting course, but surely you have said at some point: I don't understand wine, I only know if I like a wine or not... Yes, well, congratulations, you are already half way to understanding wine. Because understanding wine does not mean knowing the name of every winemaker of the more than 4,000 wineries in Spain. Understanding wine means knowing what you like, knowing how to define why you like it and what factors make you like it. Our sommeliers select very different wines from different Appellations of origin so that the tasting is an experience where you can contrast, learn and have a good time.
