In the morning, we will leave in the direction of Segovia. The aqueduct will be the first monument we will encounter. Formed by 167 arches, it is considered one of the best preserved in the world.
We will visit the Plaza Mayor, the Town Hall of Segovia or the Juan Bravo Theater, although the main protagonist will be the Cathedral. We will visit the interior of the Cathedral, where we will have a complete guided tour (at the end of the visit inside the Cathedral, we will have a short free time).
The next stop will be the Alcazar, one of the best preserved and most famous medieval castles in the world. It is even said to have inspired Walt Disney for some of his films, such as Cinderella's Castle or the Queen's Castle in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
After visiting the Alcazar, it will be time to return to Madrid, where you will have about an hour for lunch.
With your batteries recharged, we will leave for the city of three cultures, Toledo, declared a World Heritage Site in 1986. During our visit we will have the opportunity to walk through the cloisters of the courtyard and the royal coats of arms in the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes. We will discover the Synagogue of Santa Maria la Blanca which, although originally a synagogue, 211 years after its construction was expropriated and converted into a church.
We will be able to admire the world famous painting of El Greco and The Burial of the Count of Orgaz which is located in the Church of Santo Tomé. Did you know that El Greco himself lived in this wonderful city?
After visiting these three monuments, we will have a short free time in the city, which you can take advantage of for shopping or a coffee. After this time, it will be time to return to Madrid.

As early as the 12th century, the monks of Cluny were growing grapes on the banks of the Duero River to produce wine. The Ribera del Duero is in the heart of Castilla-León, the old land of castles. The subsoil of almost all the villages is practically hollow, with caves dug to store the wine, as they guarantee perfect conditions of humidity and temperature. Although many cellars have fallen into disuse, some have been recovered for visits or for wine production. Visiting an old wine cellar that has been in operation for centuries and drinking a glass of wine there is an unforgettable experience.
