After the pick-up at the accommodation in Madrid, we will relax and enjoy the journey to Segovia. We will have the camera ready to capture bird's-eye views of the Alcázar, a 12th-century fortress built on a rocky outcrop. We'll take photos of the old town and the ancient aqueduct built by the Romans in the year 118. We'll listen to our pilot share anecdotes and interesting facts about the iconic places, and we'll discover why Segovia was designated a World Heritage City for its unique beauty. After landing, we'll savor a typical Spanish breakfast. We'll celebrate the successful flight with a glass of cava and a flight certificate personally signed by our pilot. Finally, we'll be transferred to the meeting point in Madrid.

As early as the 12th century, the monks of Cluny were growing grapes on the banks of the Duero River to produce wine. The Ribera del Duero is in the heart of Castilla-León, the old land of castles. The subsoil of almost all the villages is practically hollow, with caves dug to store the wine, as they guarantee perfect conditions of humidity and temperature. Although many cellars have fallen into disuse, some have been recovered for visits or for wine production. Visiting an old wine cellar that has been in operation for centuries and drinking a glass of wine there is an unforgettable experience.

Cities are not only defined by the historical milestones that defined them. There are other stories, more hidden, embedded in the subconscious of its inhabitants, which sometimes draw them better than their own streets and squares.
