Description of the experience

Explore at your own pace the legendary Mayan city of Chichén Itzá, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1988 and named one of the New Seven Wonders of the World in 2007. As a curiosity, you'll be interested to know that during its prime, it was the most powerful city on the Yucatán Peninsula. The name Chichén means 'mouth of the well', and Itzá refers to its founders, the Itzaes, known as 'water sorcerers', who established it around the year 435.

Enjoy one of Mexico's most visited archaeological sites, showcasing a variety of architectural styles from the Mayan culture.
