Much is said about the spectacular nature of the Teide National Park, but rarely mentioned is the transformation it undergoes at sunset. And that is just what you will know with this excursion to Teide at night: the one that fills the horizon with beauty when the sun sets and dyes the sky dark to show 83 of the 88 constellations known to man.
The Teide sky is one of the best on the planet for stargazing. The low light pollution of the environment gives you a clear, sharp and full of mythological stories and mysteries celestial dome, which you can discover in full with the help of Starlight guides, at your disposal throughout the observation. This will take place at the base station of the cable car, at an altitude of 2,356 meters, with professional long-range telescopes.
But before, do not miss it: you will have arrived comfortably at an important viewpoint of the National Park and you will contemplate a sunset of those that last in the memory.
Among volcanoes, with the colors of a natural treasure such as this wild enclave and with the nerves of being about to discover planets, galaxies, clusters and -if there is a full moon- a whole lunar geography that will make you dream.
