Our quad excursion with the cenotes of Akumal and the ruins of Cobá begins in the high jungle of Akumal. There, we will prepare with the appropriate safety gear and receive instructions before mounting our quad to start a 16-kilometer journey through the jungle. Along the way, we will visit three cenotes, one cave-type known as Nohoch and two others with crystal-clear waters known in the area as Alux and Jaguar. After this tour, we will go near the archaeological site of Cobá, where we will enjoy a delicious meal. Subsequently, we will visit the ancient ruins of Cobá with a certified guide from the National Institute of Archaeology. The explanation will take place before accessing the ruins, and then we will have free time to explore the archaeological site at our own pace. If you wish, you can also rent a bicycle to tour the site (price not included in the tour). Once the visit is over, we will return to the meeting point, thus completing a day full of adventure and discovery in the Riviera Maya.
