Get to know rural Menorca on this guided tour in Subaida, a farm located in the middle of Menorca.

Description of the experience

We will show you the day to day life of a farm. You will visit the facilities (farm animals, dairy, milking room...), you will learn how a piece of Mahón-Menorca D.O. cheese is made and matured by hand and we will finish the visit with a tasting of our products:

• Three varieties of Mahón-Menorca Cheese

• Sobrasada

• Carn i xulla (typical sausage of the island)

• "carquinyols" (almond sweets)

• Bread, wine and water
