At 10 o'clock the adventure begins, you should already be at the farm eager to enjoy. We will welcome you and give you EPIS to enter the cheese factory and start molding the authentic Mahón Menorca cheese, you will discover the secret of making cheese in the traditional style!
The best thing is that you will have the option to keep the cheese you make! You will be able to identify it with your name and after 8 weeks we will send it home for you to enjoy with the satisfaction of knowing that you are eating a cheese that you have made with your own hands. CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT AN ILLUSION!
After cheesemaking we will visit our calves, pigs, sheep, rabbits and of course the main protagonists of Menorca and our house; the cows. Always accompanied by a guide who will explain everything that is of interest to you.
Finally we will enjoy a TASTING of the best products of the island.
• Cheese-making for approx. 50 min.
• Guided tour of the farm for approx. 50 min. with explanations.
• Tasting of cheese, sausages, sweets, jam, bread with tomato accompanied by a local drink (wine, beer or soft drink) all km 0.
