We will start the day by exploring the rich history and stunning views of Ronda, a city perched on cliffs overlooking the impressive El Tajo Gorge. We will visit iconic sites such as the Puente Nuevo, an engineering marvel that spans the gorge, and the historic Plaza de Toros, one of the oldest bullrings in Spain.

Next, we will visit a vineyard nestled among the hills. We will delve into the world of viticulture as we tour the estate and learn about the meticulous process of producing the prestigious wines of the Sierra de Ronda Denomination of Origin. We will delight our palates with a guided tasting of three exceptional vintages, each embodying the terroir and craftsmanship of the region.
