We will travel across the mountains to reach the fields, about a 45-minute drive from the center of Malaga. We will make a stop in a field for a pleasant 25-minute walk, learning about the peculiarities of grape and olive production, surrounded by vineyards planted in 1960 and olive trees over 300 years old.
After our walk, we will drive to the factory where the producers take their fruits to convert them into the final product. We will see all the machines and necessary processes for obtaining the highest quality in a guided tour of approximately 45 minutes, concluding with a tasting of freshly extracted olives, in the old-fashioned way, from the massive tanks buried underground where thousands of kilograms of olives are being cured in brine.
And finally, we will arrive at the wine aging room (filled with oak barrels), where we will have the tasting of three different olive oils + 5 wines, all produced there, with plenty of tapas such as omelette, cheese, olives... and more.
