We will depart on a Fast-Ferry at 9:30 AM from Algeciras to Ceuta. Enjoy the sea crossing the Strait of Gibraltar! At 11:00 AM, we will arrive in Ceuta, and the adventure to set foot on Moroccan land will begin. We will visit the Royal Walls and the San Felipe Moat. Once we reach the border crossing (have your documentation ready to pass through the border), our guide will take care of this procedure. After crossing, a 30-minute panoramic bus tour from Ceuta to Tetouan will start.
We will spend 5 hours in Tetouan. We will begin a guided walking tour where our guide will show you the most iconic areas of the Moroccan city, not missing any detail of Hassan II Square, where the Royal Palace or Khalifa Palace is located, the Archaeological Museum, and the Modern Art Center. We will explore the narrow streets of the old Jewish quarter or Mellah, where the Bengualid synagogue is located. Pay close attention!
Tetouan's souk will be a true journey back in time, allowing you to witness the work of its artisans. We will continue through the Tetouan Medina, characterized by its white walls and green doors (a UNESCO World Heritage site).
Around midday, we will stop for lunch at a typical Moroccan restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional folklore while tasting a delicious Couscous accompanied by the typical Moroccan Mint Tea and Arabic pastries. After lunch, we will stroll through Tetouan's shopping area and visit some shops for shopping. We will also visit a typical Berber pharmacy, where you will find a wide variety of natural products and cosmetics. Discover all the benefits of Argan Oil properties!
