• On match days, the tour will be open until 5 hours before kick-off, with access only to the museum and the panoramic tour of the stadium.
• Due to the works being carried out at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the tour route will be temporarily affected and the following areas will not be open to visitors: The perimeter of the pitch, the virtual reality area, the VIP box, the first team dressing room and the away team dressing room, the players' tunnel and the press room.
• Exceptionally, and due to the works being carried out at the stadium, Real Madrid has the need to control the capacity of the stadium. Therefore, it may be necessary to select a date and time to access the facilities. Our team will inform you when you pick up your tickets.
