• Total duration of the activity 3 hours (1 hour of SUP Pilates, the rest in transfers, snorkeling and chillout).

At your home
• Duration of the activity 1,5 hours, in which you will do stretching, warm-ups and Pilates.
• Includes: sup material and Pilates session.
• 3 hours
