Xel-Há All-Inclusive is a natural water park near Cancun where you can experience unlimited snorkeling in an inlet that opens into the Caribbean Sea. You can bike through jungle paths, take the plunge from the Stone of Valor, make a water landing from a zip line, and feel the excitement of the tallest slides in Cancun, Tulum, and the entire Riviera Maya at the Mirador Lighthouse. The buffet and open bar are part of the experience.

Xel-Há Total offers, in addition to the fantastic all-inclusive benefits of the park, a delightful continental breakfast and a buffet lunch with the best Caribbean Mexican flavors, along with an extensive national open bar with unlimited drinks throughout your visit. • Adrenaline: Thrill yourself with an extraordinary ride, featuring 360° spins and high-speed dives aboard a modern vessel.

• Duration: 30 minutes (10 instructions / 20 ride).

• Minimum age for children: 10 years and a minimum height of 1.40 m.

• Passengers under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

• All passengers must sign the Liability Waiver.

• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory.

• It is essential not to have eaten for at least an hour.

• Sea Trek: Get ready to explore the seabed by walking and breathing comfortably!

• Guided tour with a certified guide, individual helmet, and scuba shoes (for exclusive use during the activity).

• Duration: 40 minutes (10 min introduction and 20 to 30 min underwater walk).

• Minimum age to participate is 8 years, and participants must be taller than 1.20 m.

• The helmet must fit securely to participate in the activity.

• Participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Snuba Caleta: Immerse yourself and admire the underwater world of Xel-Há's inlet. You can swim and breathe comfortably without the need to carry a scuba tank.

• Includes a brief explanation of the activity, a certified instructor, mask, fins, and a weight belt (for exclusive use during the activity).

• Duration: 60 min (20 min introduction and practice; 40 min water tour).

• Minimum age to participate is 8 years.

• Basic swimming skills are a prerequisite.

• Participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Maximum depth: 3 m.
