Additionally, you'll become acquainted with ancient Mexican kitchen utensils such as molcajetes and comales. Itinerary:
09:00-10:00 - Pickup. Pickup at your hotel lobby and/or meeting point.
10:15 - Local Market. We will stop at Market 23, one of the busiest and most famous markets in Cancún. Discover its daily life and learn how to choose ingredients.
11:00 - Get to Know Your Kitchen. Arrival at the restaurant where the class will take place.
11:15 - Mexican Dishes. Let's get to work! Learn our recipes and how we'll use each ingredient.
12:15 - Mexican Beverages. Prepare your drinks, Margaritas! (also non-alcoholic).
12:45 - Lunchtime! We will set the table to enjoy an incredible variety of appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
13:00-14:00 - Return to the hotel.
