When you use an Application on a Device, we will collect and use information about you, generally in the same way and for the same purposes as when you use the Runaway Experiences website. Additionally, we may collect information about your location if you have authorized your Device to send such information to the Application through the Device’s privacy settings or if you have uploaded photos tagged with location information. We may store these contributions (your ‘Content’), display them publicly, both on our websites and Applications as well as on those of our distributors and affiliated partners, show them to other users, share them with our distributors and affiliated partners, and use them for promotional purposes. Response to Do Not Track signals: Your web browser may transmit a ‘Do Not Track’ (‘DNT’) signal to Runaway Experiences and other websites. SHARING WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS

Some of the Personal Information we collect is shared with our service providers (for example, tour operators) who are directly involved in fulfilling the purchases you make through us. We only provide our service providers with your name and local contact details if you have provided them (for example, the name of the hotel for pick-up or drop-off, your local phone number, your mobile phone number, your email address, etc.). We do not provide our service providers with any other Personal Information. If you choose to provide Personal Information directly to a service provider, we recommend that you read their privacy policy to determine how they will use or disclose your Personal Information.

SHARING WITH THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
